Delete your Cortyne account
You can request deletion of your Cortyne account and personal information. The right to erasure is not absolute: some records may need to be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, contractual records or the rights of other consortium participants. We will tell you what action we take.
Sign in to verify the account
To protect your account from unauthorised deletion requests, sign in with the Cortyne account you want us to delete. If you cannot sign in, use the privacy contact in our Privacy Notice.
What happens next
We will verify the request against the signed-in account and respond without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable data-protection law. If the request is complex or an exception applies, we will explain the position and any extension or retained records.
